Our Over 65 Group Strength Classes are designed to help older adults improve strength, balance, and overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment. Combining circuit-style exercises, each session includes activities focused on upper and lower limb strength, core stability, and balance, tailored to meet the needs of every participant. Before starting, all participants are individually assessed to ensure the program aligns with their personal health goals and conditions.
Led by accredited Exercise Physiologists, these classes are ideal for those with stable long-term health conditions, such as arthritis, osteoporosis, or cardiovascular disease, as well as anyone looking to reduce their risk of falls.
