The adaptive exercise sessions are perfect for people with disabilities wanting to engage in group sessions, or individuals who need some additional support before engaging in community exercise programs. Our sessions runnings in Hamilton welcome individuals of all abilities, creating a supportive, safe space to enjoy the benefits of exercise. With a maximum of 6 participants per session, you’ll receive personalised attention while being part of a vibrant, inclusive community.
